Some of our rugs are handmade from durable natural fibers such as wool. Imperfections on the rug's surface are a characteristic feature. These include yarn fuzz (at the beginning and end of the weave), color variations, foreign objects (used in warp and weft threads), and other features that may seem like defects, but are actually a reflection of our careful craftsmanship. Natural fiber rugs shed, and we recommend gentle cleaning with a vacuum cleaner without a brush or rotary nozzle.

Important Note: We recommend using a non-slip mat. Place the non-slip mat under the carpet to prevent it from slipping between the carpet and the floor.

Product Care: Treat stains immediately to minimize the risk of staining. Do not rub the stain. Gently blot the liquid with a dry, absorbent white cloth or white paper towel.

A mild cleaner and warm water may be needed. For large stains, consult a professional.

We recommend professional cleaning of the carpet every 6 to 12 months and rotating the carpet periodically within the space.
